This unique repertoire base and its exhilarating delivery on stage have won the group a following across the globe, with acclaimed performances on the festival scene across Europe and as far afield as South Korea. Cellophony have received universal critical acclaim for performances at some of the UK’s most prestigious venues, including the Southbank Centre’s Purcell Room, The Sage Gateshead, and Wigmore Hall. Their collaborations to date have included actor Simon Callow, sopranos Sarah Fox and Susana Gaspar, tenor Ben Johnson, and violinists Roberto Gonzalez and Sasha Sitkovetsky. The Christmas Tree Festival - supporting both the Bedford Hospitals Charity and St Paul’s Church, Bedford - is delighted to welcome Cellophony back following their acclaimed first visit two years ago.
